EVER-SO-EASY CHEESECAKE
Impress your guests with a smooth, rich and decadent cheesecake that is easy to make with no oven required. End your dinner on a sweet note!
Ingredient list
- Philadelphia Cream Cheese 280 g
- Digestive biscuits crumbs 125 g
- Butter, melted 40 g
- Condensed milk 397 g
- Fresh lemon juice 140 ml
- Mixed summer fruits e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries 200 g
Allergens
Wheat, Milk
Combine the biscuit crumbs and melted butter and press into the base of an 18 cm loose bottomed cake tin and chill whilst preparing the filling.
Whisk together the Philadelphia cream cheese and condensed milk. Then stir in the lemon juice until mixed. Pour over the prepared base and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
Decorate with the summer fruits.
