KUIH KAPIT OREO
Treat yourself to a heavenly blend of traditional and modern flavors with Kuih Kapit Oreo. This perfectly crispy love letter biscuit is sure to impress!
Ingredient list
- Oreo crumbs 100 g
- Flour, sifted 125 g
- Tapioca flour, sifted 2 tbsp
- Icing sugar 150 g
- Eggs, lightly beaten 240 g
- Coconut milk 250 g
- Salt
Allergens
Wheat, Egg, Soy
Whisk all ingredients together until sugar dissolved. Sieve it.
Heat up the egg roll toaster.
Sprinkle Oreo crumbs onto the mold. Pour in the mixture onto the middle part of the kuih kapit toaster and close while giving it a quick squeeze.
Remove the biscuit from toaster once the lights goes off. Fold into half then quarter while still piping hot.
Once cooled, store in airtight containers.
